Register on Banglarbhumi

To use Banglarbhumi's services, you first need to register on the portal. Follow these steps to complete your registration:

• Go to banglarbhumi.gov.in.
• Find the "Sign-Up" button on the homepage to begin registration.
• Public registration form will open, here enter details like your name, guardian's name, address, district, email, mobile number, and create a password.

After verifying your email and mobile number using OTPs, click "Submit" to finish registration.

Log in to Banglarbhumi

After registration, logging in is straightforward:

• Use your username and password to log in.
• Once logged in, you can use services like land record checks, mutation applications, and more.

Search for Khatian and Plot Information

You can easily access Khatian and plot information using Banglarbhumi. Here’s how:

• Log in and select "Know Your Property."
• Use the dropdown menus to choose your district, block, and Mouza.
• Choose whether you want to search by Khatian or Plot number, solve the captcha, and click "View" to see your land details.

Apply for Mutation Online

Mutation is the process of updating ownership records after a property sale. Here's how to apply online:

• Go to "Citizen Services" and click on "Online Application," then choose "Mutation Application."

• Provide your district, block, and Mouza information, and add buyer details.
• Upload the necessary documents (in PDF format, under 2 MB).
• Review the fee, agree to the declaration, and submit your application. You will receive an application number to track your progress.

Check Mutation Status

You can easily track the status of your mutation application through Banglarbhumi. Follow these steps:

• Log in to the Banglarbhumi Portal, use your credentials to access your Banglarbhumi account.
• Click on the "Citizen Services" tab.
• Choose "Mutation Status" from the dropdown menu.

• You can search by Case Number, Deed Number, or Plot/Khatian details.
• Fill in the necessary information, solve the captcha, and click "Submit."

RS-LR Plot Information

• Log in to the Banglarbhumi Portal
• Click on the 'Citizen Services' tab in the main menu.
• Choose the 'RS-LR Information' option from the dropdown menu.

• Select the relevant Mouza for your search.
• Select Plot Type:
  • Sabek Dag to Hal Dag (for LR Plot Number)
  • Hal Dag to Sabek Dag (for RS Plot Number)

• Provide the Plot Number and complete the Captcha verification.
• Click the 'View' button to display the RS-LR plot details.

Pay Khajna (Land Revenue), Mutation, and Conversion Fees

• Log in to the Portal and access your account and go to "Fees Payment" under "Online Application."

• Select the appropriate service: conversion, mutation, or Khajna.
• Provide your application number, solve the captcha, and proceed to make the payment.

Download Certified Copies of Land Records

If you've requested a digitally signed Porcha (e-Porcha), you can download it from the Banglarbhumi portal using your application number and GRN (Government Reference Number). Here's how:

• Log in to Banglarbhumi and Go to "Citizen Services" and select "GRN Search."

• Fill in the required details, solve the captcha, and click "Submit." If available, you can download your Porcha.

Access Mouza Maps

To get Mouza maps for your land, Banglarbhumi offers an easy online process:

• Log in to Banglarbhumi and Click on "Mouza Map Request" under "Citizen Services."

• Choose your district, block, and Mouza.
• Complete the process by paying the required fee to download the Mouza map.
